1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate our customers’ needs. The exact shipping time may vary depending on the delivery location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Here are the standard shipping options we provide:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for urgent orders (only available in select areas).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or delays with our shipping partners.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, shipping fees will be applied based on the selected shipping method.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after being placed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information for your convenience.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options to international customers, so please stay tuned for future updates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your order status directly on the shipping carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
6. Address Accuracy
To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. 7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some remote or rural locations may have limited shipping options available. If your address falls under a restricted area, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping methods.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. If your package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
